Situated in a rural neighborhood area but close to both Long Sands and Short Sands Beach ( .6 miles.) This is the perfect place if you want quiet and privacy yet you want to be close to the water, music, theatre, shopping and restaurants. This cottage includes three bedrooms and three full baths, comfortably sleeping 8 people. Caddy Way also has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors throughout both levels, a full bath on the first floor and 2 on the second floor, a bedroom suite which includes one full bath, central air, a deck, your own yard and paved driveway. Laundry is on the second floor.
Come and enjoy York and all it has to offer. The activities are endless. Sun, surf, lobster, tennis, golf, shopping, theatre, music and amusements are all at your fingertips.
Covid Pandemic - Caddy's Way Cottage follows all of the Center of Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) recommendations and guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the house.
