The space
1400 sq of lake front condo, has 2 master suite on either ends of unit, huge cover deck great for bbqing , or watching the sunrise or sun sets. condo comes with a boat slip , beautifully furnished, can sleep 6 , has a pull out couch in living rm in case more need to be accommodated .
Pool, hot tub, beach in the back of building, a firepit in the front . assess to the dock aswell as the boat slip that comes with the unit.
What I love about this place , is location. You have a wonderful lake as your play ground, wineries surrounding you. Silverstar 30 min away for great skiing/snow boarding/show shoeing/x country Skiing in the wintertime, hiking/mountain biking in the summer. There's so much to do in the Okanagan and you're in the middle of it in Vernon.
The unit comes with 2 unground parking , and there is parking out front
We do allow pets as long as they are well behaved, no big dogs unfortunately , no we don't allow smoking in the unit or in the common areas, I'd expect my guests to be respectful of my unit and treat it as if you wanted to come back. Please enjoy yourself, but be respectful.

Welcome to our log home located in Mile High Estates at Face lake. Located in between Merritt and Kamloops on the Coquihalla highway, just 3.5 hours from Vancouver. This four season house has plenty to do for everyone. Fishing the 14 lakes within 10k, hiking a.t.v. riding, swimming, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing or just kicking back and enjoying the views.
