The Pool and Tennis court is not included in your rental The property is close to the beach, restaurants & dining, farms & vineyards, art & culture, great views, and parks. You’ll love the natural beauty and seclusion. We've created our own utopia in the forest, with freshwater pond, abound with elder koi/2 waterfalls, a tennis court, with large gazebo, available for your enjoyment.
The space
The space is quite large. It's meticulously cleaned constantly. The queen bed and bedding is cozy as could be. The space is so close to the pond, and the windows behind the bed allow the waterfalls crashing water sound to make for a beautiful sound to fall asleep too. Natural ambien if you will! The property is positioned right in between the ocean and wine country. If your love is the white sand beaches, or the lush green vineyards, well your in luck, cause they are all within minutes away. Farm stand, with fresh fruit (strawberry, etc.) picking no more than 2 miles from the driveway. The property is amazingly easily accessed by Sunrise Highway or Rt.27, we are within 1 mile of the on/off ramps.

Koi pond siitting area is open to you at anytime. Its a fantastic spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast, or an adult drink as the sun falls in the evening.
Other things to note
There are a few animals on the property, all trained and lovely animals whom will not bother a fly. There's 1 cats, Kirra , there's an immeasurable amount of koi (feed em at will, they're always hungry it seems), Also 2 Ducks they don't bother anyone and are extremely pleasant to interact with and feed if that's something you'd enjoy. If not, odds are, you won't even notice them!
