Location, Location, Location..... Luxury Townhouse situated 50m from Fisherman's beach in highly sort after "Old Torquay," which is local code for, "Great views and close to everything!" We have an 8 person outdoor spa, 2 outdoor dining areas and Nespresso coffee, WIFI, Linen and Foxtel Premium are all complimentary.
We do not take SCHOOLIES bookings and our prices are based on an occupancy of 2 Guests. Each additional guest attracts a charge of $60/night, children under 2 stay free. Strictly no pets.
We have two identical holiday townhouses, Sea View and Ocean View built side by side ready for you to enjoy. Both offer superb luxury, accommodation on the Surf Coast with great views, modern furnishings and spa baths. If Ocean View does not have availability when you require please check our other holiday let, Serenity Torquay Sea View for availability.
Bedding Configuration
Ground floor: Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with bunks a single bed and a trundle sleeps 4 and a full bathroom. These bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed off if not needed.
First floor: Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with two king singles that can be zipped together to make another queen bed.
Two rollaway beds and a portacot are also available.
