Our charming cottage is a classy and funky home in the elegant tree-lined Seymour Avenue, just 2 mins drive, or a delightful 10-15 minute stream walk in to Nelson's CBD's cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. A few minutes up the Brook and you have a myriad of walking and cycling tracks. Walk from here to the centre of New Zealand.
The cottage oozes charm, quality and comfort. Our 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are beautiful. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry. A gorgeous outdoor area features a BBQ and pizza oven.
