Beautiful 3 bedroom family home located in Stoke, Nelson.
A great spot to holiday in Nelson in a quiet neighbourhood. A fully fenced section and also a trampoline for the kids.
The home is a short drive from Nelson city, Stoke village, Saxton Field Sports grounds and Richmond. It is a 5-minute drive from Tahunanui Beach and the World of Wearable Art Museum.
We do not supply linen with this house so please note bed sizes - please note that bunk beds are King Singles (double bed sheets work fine)
Special conditions:
No parties, no venue use, no outside guests. Smoking allowed outside only. No pets allowed. Garage not available for guest use, but off-street parking is provided.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets);
