Featuring over 150 ft of lake frontage on serene Lake Ki (a non-motor boat lake), this home offers a perfect getaway for families or a large gathering. The home was built in 2009 and is elegantly decorated with top notch amenities. Plenty of water activities can be enjoyed including canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and more. Lake Ki is rated as one of the cleanest lakes in all of Western Washington. This home is a favorite for return guests for family gatherings. Summers book quickly! The property is beautiful throughout the year. It is the perfect home to get away from it all but be close to conveniences.

Downstairs has an additional Common room with a new pull out sofa in addition to the full living room with fireplace and lake view. An additional half bathroom, laundry room/mud room, and pantry are all on the main floor.
Your kitchen is stocked with all the equipment and service needed for great family meals and because of the view of the lake and open concept, you won't feel like you are missing out while you check on dinner or grab something from the wine fridge.
There's a large lawn, perfect for bocce or croquet. The lawn has beautiful morning light and afternoon shade and is surrounded by tall trees and established plants. Take your coffee out to the dock and watch for dragonflies or enjoy a refreshing swim across the calm lake. Spend all day at your own beach or launching water craft from your dock. Relax at the fire pit in the evening. It won't block the night's view of more stars than you can see in the City. You will feel like you're in your own wooded lake retreat even while you can pop over to Costco or grab some Five Guys for lunch just 4 miles away. This Lake Ki retreat is a short drive from town but takes you away from it all!
