If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing, family-oriented or two couples vacation home, conveniently located to Coral Bay and Cruz Bay, plus only 8 minutes from the amazing north shore beaches St. John is so famous for - then Sunflower Villa is the place to stay!

The house is a welcoming, homey environment that is comprised of 3 pods. One pod is a combination of two bedrooms connected by a large bathroom, perfect for parents and young kids. The second pod is the kitchen, great room and a half bath. A large connecting deck is the ideal place for sunbathing after relaxing in the swimming pool; enjoying sun downers after a day at the beach; dining al fresco while listening to music on the rock speakers that connect to the Sirius FM stations on the TV or your own music on the I-Pod docking station.

It’s a great romantic home for two couples who share the deck and the great room but enjoy complete privacy on two separate levels. The third bedroom is located downstairs in another pod with a smaller private deck, and outdoor shower overlooking Coral Bay~ and the view out to sea that stretches for 41 miles. Queen bed and a full futon for up to 8 guests upon guest request and owner approval. Windows and large sliders fill each room, providing views no matter which direction you look. Out the kitchen window is a small back-patio area complete with a large grill for barbecues.

The home is Eco-friendly with energy efficient appliances; ample fresh water collection and storage; a three-filter UV system that makes the water safe for drinking; a solar heater for hot water; and fifteen solar panels and a Tesla Power Wall that helps ensure you will have power in the case of an outage.

The great room has beautiful bamboo floors and comfortable living room furniture. A wooden counter with stools and granite counters providing good cooking space. There is also a comfortable dining table and chairs. AC units in the bedrooms, but they have rarely been used thanks to the cool breezes that sweep around this lovely, low-key luxury villa.

If you want to catch beautiful sunrises over East End or fiery sunset skies from the west, then Sunflower Villa will not disappoint. When you arrive, after passing through a privacy gate, a cheerful wall full of painted sunflowers greets you. A step onto the deck will take your breath away as you see the view out to sea, or across the valley. Sunflower Villa is the perfect place for families or two couples that want comfort, hominess, privacy or the perfect place to dance under the stars if the mood strikes.

Rates are based on 1-2 Guests for Low and Peak Season. For 3-6 guests there is an additional charge per guest per night. Holiday rates are based on 1-6 guests.
