Cosy cottage within walking distance to village centre and lakeside (10 minutes). Located next to the Black Valley Stream track which leads down to Lake Rotoiti. Set amongst Beech forest and native bush but with an open sunny outlook from the living area. Quiet location, down a ROW. Parking space for extra car, boats. Wood burner and radiant heater for heating. Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove top, bench oven, coffee machine and 2 small fridges. Shower is over a shub. Guests provide their own linen and leave the Bach clean and tidy. Guests are required to take rubbish and recycling away with them.
