This property is ideally located for visitors wanting easy access to the various amenities offered at the large Fairmont Hotel (shops, spa, entertainment, restaurants, diving, jet skiing), along with close proximity to Horseshoe Bay Beach and several nearby golf courses. It is a handsome home in beautifully manicured gardens, with a separate, private, single story wing containing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes, 2 patios and a lounge/living room. Access to the apartment is through locked front doors that open into a lobby-livingroom area. The Hibiscus bedroom can be outfitted with a sturdy, comfortable single bed to accommodate an additional guest, at a minimal cost per night. Wireless Internet access is set up throughout the Inn. There is a large screen television in the lounge, in addition to TVs in each bedroom.
Upon entering the property you can see Jews Bay and Riddells Bay.
There is also a charging station on the property for the rented electric "Current/Twizy" cars.

The Pineapple Bedroom has a queen size bed, armoire, chair, night tables, alarm clock, standing mirror, phone, iron, ironing board and a large clothes closet. There is a large flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower stall. Each suite also has its own kitchenette: a table and two chairs, stove top, fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery, cookware etc.
From the bedroom you can enter onto a very large, open porch which has welcoming steps leading into the pretty gardens, with views up to the Fairmont Southampton Hotel. The gardens and lawns are quite spacious by Bermuda standard at approx ½ acre, with several mature fruit trees (oranges, bananas, limes, grapefruits, mangoes) and flowers (Bermuda Garden Roses (many), bougainvillea, snow on the mountain, yellow bell, hibiscus, etc).

The Hibiscus Bedroom contains two Twin beds which can also come together as a king sized bed, two night tables, wall mounted flat screen smart television, wifi, alarm clock, armoire, chair, long mirror, iron, ironing board, phone and a large clothes closet. The kitchenette for this suite has the same appliances as noted above for the Pineapple bedroom. This suite can be entered either privately from an external patio or from the common lounge. From the Hibiscus bedroom you can step onto a large open porch overlooking a flower garden, with glimpses of Riddells Bay.

Both bedrooms and the lounge are fully air-conditioned/heated. Each bedroom has a private telephone service (long distance calls will require a calling card). A Roll away bed at an additional minimal cost per night, can be made available for a 5th guest.
There is an iron and ironing board in the clothes closet of each unit. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.
In the kitchenette of each suite is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove top (2), fridge. Extra freezer space can be accommodated. There is a Barbecue available for use. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and linen changed once per week. Trash is taken out regularly. Additional towels are left in the room.
When guests arrive, the lovely homeowner will be at the Inn to meet them.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
The Inn is located a few steps away from the fabled Waterlot Inn Restaurant and Dock. Guests also have very easy walking access to The Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, the extensive MarketPlace Grocery store & liquor section, along with a variety of restaurants in the area including Henry VIII, Island Cuisine, Mr. Chicken, The Wok, and The Dining Room. There are also several restaurants within the Fairmont Hotel and The Reefs Hotel.

Restaurants: At the Fairmont Southampton Hotel – Jasmine Lounge, Newport Gastro Pub, Oceans Club, Waterlot Steak House, Boundary, Windows on the Sound. The Fairmont Southampton is closed for renovations throughout 2020/2021.

Closest Grocery Store: The MarketPlace (approximately 12 minute walk)

The inexpensive, timely and clean public buses run right outside the entrance, with 4 bus stops taking you directly to the western end of the island ( The Royal Naval Dockyard) or to the city of Hamilton. Bus tokens may be purchased on site.

For those who love walking there is also the nearby “railway walking trail”, where you can walk for miles admiring the beautiful island scenery without the intrusion of motor vehicles.

Horseshoe Bay Beach, the 8th most beautiful beach in the world, and the surrounding sand dunes and coves can be accessed by foot (approx 15 mins) or by taking the free Fairmont Hotel shuttle bus (10 mins) . Other options are by taxi or rented scooter.

South Shore Beaches nearby include Horseshoe Bay, Church Bay (snorkeling), Warwick Long Bay, etc. with jet ski rentals at The Waterlot.

Horseback riding, bowling, plant nursery, Railway Trail, churches, Golf Courses including Southampton Princess, Port Royal, and Belmont Hills are all within this area.
Private metered taxi service to and from the airport is also available: the driver is available for guided tours as well, at the government taxi rate.
