This 5-bedroom home is just minutes form downtown South Lake Tahoe, less than a mile walking distance to a few bars, restaurants and a coffee shop that are located on Kingsbury grade next to this home.
With 2 kitchens, a great deck for BBQing, sleeping for 14, and the great location this is the perfect 5-bedroom house for your vacation.
You enter into the cozy living room that has a fireplace, big screen TV and is open to the kitchen. On this level are bedroom 1 and 2 each with queen beds, TVs and a full shared bathroom in the hallway. The laundry room is in the hallway to the garage.
On the second floor is the master bedroom 3 with a king bed, TV and a full private bathroom. The 4th bedroom had a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on bottom and a twin trundle. You must walk through this bedroom to enter into the 2nd kitchen and 5th bedroom area.
The 2nd part of the house through bedroom 4 can be closed off to the rest of the house and you may enter through the outside stairs, this makes for a great spot for multiple families on vacation. There is a full kitchen, bedroom 5 with a queen bed and a TV, a living room with a big screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.
