A NEW DOCK has been added in spring of 2020!! Talk about location!! This waterfront home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths and overlooks the main channel. Open dining area with hardwood floors and kitchen. Right off of the dining area is a living room with a flat screen TV and ample seating to entertain guests. The living room opens to the large deck and offers a gas grill. The second level has 3 wonderfully decorated bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, generous closet and a flat screen TV, with a private bath. The additional bedrooms include a queen bed in one and 2 twins in the other, as well as one additional full bathroom. The laundry closet with full washer and dryer is located conveniently on the main level. The lower level has a family room with ping pong table, huge flat screen TV and plenty of seating or just head out to the patio and enjoy watching the sun go down on the porch swing. Your dock sports plenty of room to fish, suntan or doing cannonballs, splashing family & friends. This home also offers 2 kayaks for guests , which are great to use in the wide water cove overlooking the main channel! This is a home that will become a family favorite for years to come.
