Become one with nature in this recently renovated Blue Ridge cabin! With a private hot tub, large screened-in deck, and fire pit, this lovely home is the perfect spot to sit back and relax in the heart of the North Georgia mountains.
Situated on more than eight acres of woods, this Sautee Nacoochee home offers a secluded retreat away from the stress that your busy life brings. If you do decide to venture into town to explore, you'll find welcoming and friendly locals and plenty of fun activities.
When you walk into this home, you'll notice its beautiful hardwood floors, and the new appliances may catch your eye too. The living room features tons of comfortable seating space, a flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a seasonal wood-burning fireplace. The lack of cable and phones will allow you to escape technological distractions and truly let go for a bit. However, there's WiFi available just in case.
The open kitchen, complete with updated stainless steel appliances, provides plenty of space in which to prepare a meal for the whole family. A dining table for six is placed near a kitchen window, but the screened-in deck and fire pit area boast lots of seating as well. While you sit outside and enjoy the mountain breeze or fire, the dishwasher will handle the cleanup.
With three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, this cabin can sleep up to six guests. Two bedrooms feature queen beds while the remaining bedroom includes a king bed. All of the bedrooms are inviting, containing comforts of home like fans and nightstands with lamps. A private washer and dryer are included for your added convenience.
Activities in Helen are generally split up based on season. Summertime is perfect for outdoor activities like tubing on the Chattahoochee River or hiking Unicoi State Park. Fall brings the Southeast's largest Oktoberfest, which boasts a parade and a huge celebration.
