This home is steps to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, nightlife and more, and only a quick walk or bike ride to any one of the nearby Siesta Key Beach access points. Just walk up the stairs, or take the elevator up to the 4th Floor, and then head up the spiral staircase to your Private Roof Top Deck where you can have a birds eye view of Siesta Key Village as well as Gulf Views!!! It is perfect for a family, multiple families, and groups. Everyone will love the Private Resort Style Heated Pool that features an oversized Sun Shelf in the pool, a Lounge Ledge for a perfect sunning perch around the entire pool and spa, a Bar top with Seats in the Pool and Dry Bar Area outside of it, and a large Jacuzzi Spa for those cool nights. This giant 8 bedroom 8 bathroom home, with an Elevator to all Floors, offers over 4600 square feet of living and vacationing space. There are 2 Outdoor Dining areas seating 12+, and on the interior of the home there is dining seating for 20 at a dining table that seats 10, and 2 bar top areas seating 10 total. The home offers ample privacy for all of our guests as it has 4 King Bedrooms with En Suite Bathrooms. There is also a King Bedroom and a Queen Bedroom that share a Jack N Jill Bathroom. There are 2 Bunk Rooms, one features a Full over Full Bunk Bed with Twin Pull Out Trundle (sleeps 5), and the 2nd Bunk Room features a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 4). There is also a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the Arcade Room on the 3rd floor with a Private En Suite Bathroom - this could be a 9th bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Oh ya, I said Arcade Room!! Adults and Kids will love the multiple gaming systems, large TV, seating, and an en suite bathroom - again, this could be a 9th bedroom; this will be a fun room for all. The home will sleep up to 25 people in beds, including sleeper sofas, so bring the whole family. Of the 8 Bedrooms, 2 of them are located on the 2nd Floor (1 King and 1 Bunk Room), 5 Bedrooms are located on the 3rd Floor (3 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Bunk Room), and the final 1 Bedroom (King) + Arcade Room with Queen sleeper sofa and private bathroom are on the 4th Floor. This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process.
