In response to this pandemic, our team has adopted flexible policies for All Reservations that are arriving before April 30th, 2021 that are uncomfortable traveling during this time. We have also committed to additional safety standards, cleaning standards, social distancing practices, and more. Our guests can stay in private homes that offer safe environments with luxury amenities and activities to entertain the entire family.

This absolutely stunning, 3 level Lido Key Coastal Home features 7 Bedrooms - including a Huge Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, and 4.5 Bathrooms throughout the home. There are 3 Living Spaces - Living Room, Den with Wet Bar, and Lounge with a Dry Bar, a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen with a Huge Butler Pantry, Bar top and Seated Dining for 21, creative architecture with multiple elevation changes in the floor plan for sunken and elevated living spaces, multiple Balconies and Patios, and a Private Heated Pool and Spa. Oh ya, and EVERY room has Vaulted Ceilings for a truly spacious and gorgeous feel. After reading those sentences, you should realize that this is not a typical rental home. It is located in the exclusive and private neighborhood of St. Armand's. This home is part of our Property Manager Program, so if you need dining reservations, a fishing charter, an airport transfer, grocery delivery set up, your Property Manager can help arrange this for you. It is exclusive, and our services are inclusive of your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely carefree and perfect experience. We also include beach chairs, bikes, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. If you want all of this, and your own Property Manager, who will handle all guest relations before, during, and after your stay, then this is your home.

The home itself is almost as stunning as the island that it sits on. It offers very open and uncrowded living and outdoor spaces, and the privacy fencing and landscaping around the home and yard ensure you'll have privacy while you enjoy these spaces. Each of the main rooms is oversized, with the focus on the guest experience. Upon entering the home you'll notice the vaulted ceilings, the windows and doors that offer cascading natural light throughout the home, the high end fixtures and finishes, and the amazing decor and furnishings that tie it all together. You'll also notice the feeling of openness as you move through the living space. Directly off of the oversized living room you'll find the kitchen and dining and lounge areas. The space itself is perfectly set up for a large group meal, and the kitchen has top of the line appliances and cabinetry to ensure the chef of the family is able to prepare the meal he or she wants. Just off the kitchen and lounge, you can step outside to your private balcony overlooking the pool and patio area, and the St. Armand's Circle Neighborhood. From here, or outside in general, you'll find gorgeous green grass, perfectly spaced pavers for a truly unique patio look, and lush natural landscaping. You'll also find a covered space just off of the heated pool area that allows for outdoor seating, relaxing, and enjoyment.

Back inside the home the bedroom areas are set up to allow privacy and comfort. In total, there are 7 bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a King Bed, private balcony overlooking St. Armand's Village, and an en suite bathrooms with double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and an oversized walk-in closet that you could play basketball in! There are 4 more King bedrooms throughout the home, 1 of these King Bedrooms is located on the main level of living (2nd floor) and shares a Jack N Jill Bathroom with the 1st Bunk Bed room which has a Full (double) over Full Bunk Bed with a Pull Out Twin Trundle (sleeps 5), the remaining 3 King Bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. 2 of these King Bedrooms share a Jack N Jill Bathroom with the final King Bedroom sharing a Jack N Jill Bathroom, that features a bathtub/shower, with the 2nd Bunk Bed room which has a Full (double) over Full bunk bed (sleeps 4).

So, if you aren't sold yet, let me tell you a little more about the location of this home. It is located in the exclusive neighborhood of St. Armand's Circle. This beautiful home is also located just steps to St. Armand's Circle. This area is a very well known and high end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 2.5 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is about a $10-15 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is very short drive or nice bike ride to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Through our preferred vendors list, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand.
