This magnificent four bedroom Villa is placed delicately on the exclusive residential peninsula of Westerhall Point, built amongst tropical landscaped orchard gardens providing you with privacy, and your own slice of Caribbean paradise.

The property is just a short walk to local and little-used beaches, but to reach the ocean, all you have to do is walk out of the front door and through the exotic gardens, at the foot of which you will find a private jetty that reaches out into the bay, where you can watch boats sail by, and admire the beautiful Caribbean landscape. The grounds around the Villa are extensive and stretch across the waterfront, and truly provide the perfect retreat from a busy life.

The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level and is ideally suited for a family. The master bedroom is en suite and features a large whirlpool bath with a splendid view of the bay.

The fourth bedroom is an en suite guest cottage, separate from the main house. You can access this room through a covered bridge over the garden, providing further privacy. The guest cottage features a private balcony with a view of the garden and the bay. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
