Our central lakefront apartment is a pleasant 3 minute stroll to the centre of town and a stones throw away from the lake, BBQ area and playground. The balcony looks onto the breathtaking Lake Wakatipu and iconic The Remarkables. Relax in peace with home comforts galore and incredible views in this well situated home which comfortably sleeps 4 people and has an undercover, off street carpark. There is nothing you won't love about your stay here.

The Space:

The new Owners have lovingly refurbished all interior including; replacement of all furniture, lounge sofa, dining and beds with new kitchen appliances. Soft furnishings also replaced including luxury bedding, wool duvets, blankets and artwork.

Scheduled October 2021; major renovations include new bathroom, new kitchen and new plush carpets!

Guest Access:

24hr arrival and access. Self-checkin using a Keypad on the front door.

The Neighborhood:

Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Renowned for adventure sports, it’s also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.

Getting Around:

Superb lakeside location in the very heart of central Queenstown. Onsite parking provided in covered carpark

Other Things to Note:

For bookings of seven nights or more your holiday home will be serviced mid-stay. Request prior to arrival for spa hire and/or additional servicing, additional charges apply. At no cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for young travellers. Simply request at time of booking.

Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. ‘From’ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season.
