You will have:
- a living room, a dining room, an office and an equipped kitchen, on level I;
- three bedrooms and a bathroom, on level II;
- a new bathroom on level III;
- a garage and a laundry room, on the ground floor.

The "poplars" neighborhood is really particular in the south of Paris. Built on the underground river "la Bièvre", it has been protected from the town planners of the XXe century.
Today, it's a special quiete place with individual houses and small gardens ... Just take a walk around the house or go cycling to enjoy.

- second floor: 3 bedrooms and the bathroom.
