The one-bedroom one-and-a-half bathroom suite can accommodate up to four people: two adults and two kids. The suite is beautifully finished with travertine marble -- floors, master bathroom and half-bath as well, with granite countertops in the full-size open kitchen and the bath vanities. Wireless Internet - ideal for any remote working or learning environment! The suite commands beautiful views from the top of the ridge. There is plenty of parking in the back and there is a garage underneath the building, accessed by an elevator. There are two pools just under the private terrace, and one of them is heated. There is a large party-style jacuzzi in the gazebo with plenty of sitting for parties, kids toys etc. The buildings on top of the ridge are very quiet - as there is no restaurant or bar up here with outside traffic. Thus, the resort is favored by ex-pat professionals and long-term renters, which renders an atmosphere of a well-protected and cared-for home, rather than a loud resort. The restaurants and bars are right below at ocean-level containing all of the bustling night life.
The views from the top of the ridge are magnificent. The commanding position of the suite allows for a quick stroll down to the beaches of Grace Bay, and Turtle Cove marina where you can find the top bars and restaurants on the island.
La Vista Azul development is very kid-friendly and safe, just as the whole island is.
