Welcome to Field Lodge. This bright and spacious 5-bedroom home can is only minutes from Sandbanks and the charming towns and vineyards of Bloomfield, Picton and Wellington. Elegantly appointed, this home is perfect for friends and multi-generational family groups wanting to spend time together and take advantage of all that The County has to offer.
The Space
Field Lodge lies within the original Loyalist Settlers’ Estate of the Pettit Family who settled in Prince Edward County in 1799. Situated on a sprawling acre of land the property boasts an inviting 800 sq ft deck with cozy seating and a fire table, a BBQ, and an extra-long dining table ideal for al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings. After dinner, gather around the fire pit to enjoy a glass of local wine or some s'mores with the family! Enjoy the newly added, 4-person Hot Tub in the comfort and privacy of the back garden.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and bright living area with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. If you need to stay connected while you're away there is a dedicated workspace with a large desk and printer for your convenience!
Whip up family meals in the fully equipped kitchen complete with a convenient wine fridge and a stocked coffee and tea station.
The large dining room is an entertainer's dream with a grand table that comfortably seats up to 14 guests, making it the perfect place for hosting family dinners or celebrations.
Down the main level hall, you will find 3 of the 5 bedrooms and a full bathroom, all featuring Sojourn’s Luxe White Linens and Bathroom Amenities.
