The ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the countryside a few steps from the lake. The attic apartment is a luxury villa situated in one of the quietest areas of the country with a covered terrace from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and nearby mountains. The apartment is indipendent, with private entrance, has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a sofa bed, a kitchen and a living room with balcony overlooking the lake, bathroom with large shower. The property includes a private pool of 80 square meters with depth from 1.50 m to 3.00, ideal for diving and swimming, barbecue area and park from 3000sqm. equipped with chairs and umbrellas. In the village there is the train station from which you can reach the various localities in the region: Luino, Laveno, Milan, Lugano, Angera, etc. Special Expo 2015 from our hotel is an hour by train from the station of our città.Lenzuola, towels, tablecloths are always included for all guests.
For greater safety for our customers, the house is washed and sterilized with professionals products sterilization for floors and surfaces. For parts that are difficult to reach, we use a vaporizer micronizer with hydroalcoholic disinfectant, to ensure accurate disinfection on all materials surfaces.
