the 80% of Naples tourist attractions can be reached on foot without needing to take bus, metro (right beside the building) or taxi. Castels, museums, historic center, shopping streets, restaurants, markets, are all around the house.
The harbor, with its hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, is at a stone's throw away, likewise Royal Palace, Castel Nuovo Maschio Angioino, San Carlo Theater, the Europe's oldest theater, Umberto I gallery, etc.
