Both of these rooms have a built in robe and lead off a landing that looks over the rear laneway and out to Kate Reserve. The downstairs games room has an optional sofa bed with TV, floor rug and floor lamp. Quality bed linen, bath and beach towels provided.

Downstairs comprises of the Family room, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry with a third toilet and a separate Lounge room.

The kitchen has a filtered water tap, 4-burner stove top, oven, fridge, double sink, kettle and microwave. It has plenty of overhead cupboard space and a built-in electronic control Asko dishwasher. Complementary tea, coffee and long-life milk provided.

The living room has a plush 3 seater, 2 seater and a single couch, Plasma TV, DVD player, coffee table, TV cabinet, hall table, side table, floor rug, cushions and a floor lamp.
