Giltar View is set in the picturesque village of Penally, with the golden sands of South Beach and the popular seaside town of Tenby both within walking distance. It’s a great location with the local pub, shop, beach and train station all within walking distance, Saundersfoot 10 min drive and many attractions/parks a short drive away.
This beautifully appointed two double bedroom cottage has the living/dining space upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs offering uninterrupted breathtaking sea views.
Oak flooring throughout and with modern decor the property has been sympathetically renovated , the porthole window offers views of Caldey Island, it is well worth getting up early to watch the sun rise over the island. The accommodation comprises of open plan living/dining space and kitchen, shower room, 2 double bedrooms one with a large en suite bathroom with a bath.
Externally there is a courtyard with dining area and parking for two cars.
Ideally located away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to it, there is something for everyone.
Tenby is a quaint, bustling walled town with cobbled streets and pretty coloured houses overlooking the harbour, with a range of boutique style shops, restaurants and bars. Tenby has blue flag magnificent beaches.
Tenby offers a range of boat trips from the harbour including: sea fishing, spotting seals and trips to Caldey Island where the monks welcome visitors to share their island.
10 min drive - Saundersfoot has grown in reputation for its gourmet dining and offers a cluster of fabulous restaurants serving local produce, take a stroll along the harbour and beach after sampling the local delights and experience the Saundersfoot charm.
