Charming villa located in the gated community of Montesol, Palmas del Mar Resort. It is located right across from the Tennis Club, hotel & casino and just steps from the beach. The condo has a large fully equipped kitchen, living room, comfortable dining room with seating for 6, plus additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter, a lanai to enjoy the nice Caribbean breeze, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen beds, 1 bunk with double and twin, and futon),3 full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer room.
The community of Montesol is surrounded by tropical palm trees and gardens. It enjoys a communal pool and gazebo area and it is conveniently connected to the Tennis Club, fitness center, restaurant and playground for children.
Our guests at Montesol receive Resort Guests Passes which offer discounted rates at the Tennis and Golf Club, plus the use of the Beach Club from Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) at the published rates.
