Tour Descriptions:

We are located at the heart of Palmas del Mar Resort walking distance from Palmanova Plaza, the Yacht Club marina, and the beach. The condo is equipped with a community pool and playground for children. Our one level apartment has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, dining room, living room, and family room. 

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a spectacular jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twin beds total).. The bedrooms comfortably accommodate 8 people. 

Palmas del Mar is a beach resort located approximately 45 minutes from San Juan in a town called Humacao in the southeast coast of Puerto Rico. It is the largest master-planned community in the Caribbean. Set in approximately 2,750 acres of land, the resort includes over 25 different neighborhoods; a bank; retail shops; a private school; a beautiful equestrian center; 16 restaurants throughout the resort;  a full service marina; and security and strict-access control 24 hours a day. There is also a small grocery store inside the resort.

It is a high end community where you will find not just miles of pristine beaches along the coastline of the resort but all sorts of amenities sufficient to not want to leave the resort at any time during your stay in Puerto Rico.
