This is a very spacious bottom floor of my house. It includes the entire backyard and is great for pets. There is 1 private bedroom, 1 private bathroom with a rain shower :-), a living room with pool table, work out equipment, free coffee/tea, a BBQ is in the back yard, a fire pit, and a washer/dryer included with soap. If you are looking for a place to stay with over the top amenities for a great price, this is it!
