This private residence is one of our ultimate beachfront vacation rentals! The brand new freshwater pool includes a built-in bench the entire length of the pool, making it ideal for relaxing and soaking in the breathtaking view.

Come and enjoy all of the comforts of home with the added luxury of spectacular panoramic ocean views. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2000 square foot private villa is truly an oasis with no direct neighbors. It provides 110 feet of beach and several coconut trees offer our guests the opportunity to relax in the shade. Just steps away from the house, you can snorkel or kayak and enjoy the beauty of all of the miraculous sea life that the Caribbean Sea supports here in the Cayman Islands. This home is located in North Side, Grand Cayman, which is a tranquil residential area of Grand Cayman, yet the home is only a short drive to several waterfront bars, restaurants, other secluded public beaches, and a water sports operation that includes rentals, scuba diving, wave-runners, and many other activities. You will pass several large grocery stores on your way up to the villa, and there are smaller shopping markets in the East End area near The Moritts and Wyndam Reef Resorts. Chisholm's Grocery Store is located right in North Side, about a 5 minute drive from the house and is open 7 days a week.

This 2 story home has spacious 10 foot ceilings on both floors, and 8 foot sliding glass doors across the entire ground floor, allowing you to have panoramic ocean views all day long! It has a grand master suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom, along with a second bedroom has a deck the length of the home, granting endless views of the sparkling sea. Inside, the updated kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and all the cooking utensils needed during your stay! The Master bathroom has a walk in shower only, and the other 2 bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. A full sized washer/dryer is also included for your convenience. For your entertainment, you will find flat screen TVs throughout, a DVD player, Apple TV connections are available in the bedrooms, Cable is in the Living Room, and W-Fi internet access is available and secured with a code which will be provided at check-in. This house is a Caribbean gem that has been creatively designed to accommodate up to 10 guests very comfortably.

Ocean Oasis is fully equipped for your family’s comfort and needs. Outdoors, you will find your own private pool, a full size gas grill, seated gazebo, large swings overlooking the beach, beach chairs, patio tables and chairs, poolside sun loungers, two kayaks, and endless views of your own private beach and ocean vistas.

This home has a 7 night minimum during the Winter and Peak Seasons and a 5 night minimum in the Summer and Fall Season.
