Boroncana #250, Noord, is conveniently located within minutes to Aruba’s amazing beaches! Pack up the Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and the cooler and venture to the white sands and clear turquoise waters at Palm Beach, Arashi Beach and Eagle Beach….named 1 of the top 10 best beaches in the world! Of course Aruba has numerous other beaches however these are just a few of our favourites ?
Enjoy the warm constant breeze and Carribbean sun while exploring the endless opportunities awaiting in Aruba. From travelling to the Natural Pool, visiting the California Lighthouse, exploring the Casabari Rock Formations, stopping by the Butterfly Conservatory or playing a round of golf at Tierra Del Sol our villa is close to all attractions!
After a fun day in the sun you may wish to fire up the gas grill and dine under the stars in the covered outside dining area. If you feel like dining out there are plenty of fantastic restaurants conveniently located at Palm Beach strip only a short 5 minute drive away. Explore shopping, night life, casinos, movie theatres and bars!

We are family owned with a passion for travelling. We enjoy spending quality time together and our villa is the perfect place to relax and make memories to last a lifetime!
We are located in an upscale area of Aruba in a safe and friendly neighbourhood only 20 minutes from the Airport and within 1 mile to stunning beaches, shopping and attractions.
We have a spacious yard and private pool with sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun. Please remember sunscreen as although there is a constant breeze it can be very hot!
We have taken care of every detail from the fresh linens, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. Our villa is air conditioned and offers hot water for showers….our home is your home ?
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by our Property Manager who will provide details and show you around our home and answer any questions you may have.
For your convenience we include $100.00 per week utility allowance and any excess use will be charged accordingly. We kindly request you treat our home as your own and be wise with electricity and water consumption!
Are you planning on travelling with additional family or friends? We have access to our friend’s home located 100 yards away and would be happy to coordinate a larger group!
