Perfectly located on the scenic shores of Central Oak Island, The Orange House offers a unique East Coast Beach retreat ideal for large families or groups of close friends, This house sits on an oversized lot so the owners took advantage of the available space and brought extra space into the home which can be felt in all rooms and common areas. Though this home is new, for fall 2019 the owners have updated with new paint and décor throughout the entire interior and exterior, fresh bedding and pillows, updated kitchen appliances, and more to ensure a special getaway for all.

Start your morning on a healthy note with a brisk walk or jog along the ocean. Afterwards, relax and enjoy coffee overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as the sun rises to start a new day full of possibilities.

The well equipped large kitchen boasts room multiple family members to prepare meals working together and is equipped with all of the cooking essentials (2) two dish washers, disposal, in-counter ice maker, gas range, (2) coffee pots, Keurig, (2) large refrigerators, and more, The additional upstairs wet bar and refrigerator add to your guests convenience. Oak Island is known for its laid-back reputation, family atmosphere, local attractions, beautiful piers, and is perfect for families or people seeking to relax. “The Orange House” is perfectly located off the busy roads ideal for kids but still is in walking distance to the pier, popular restaurants, hiking trails, groceries, and shopping. Oak Island has become a Golf Cart town. Numerous agencies rent golf carts for making quick trips or ice cream runs easy and enjoyable.

“The Orange House” is located on an isolated two block stretch of East Beach. Traffic is for the most part isolated to renters staying within the two-block area making this house the perfect location for walking and keeping kids safe.

The Town of Southport is only a 13-mile drive from your door and quintessential coastal fishing village you need to experience. Waterfront dining along the Yacht basin, local art galleries, antique shopping, and local crabbing are all nestled together in this quaint little beach town.
