This new construction vacation home is located in the beautiful Sheridan Beach community just an eight-minute walk to the beach and an under five-minute walk to favorite local restaurants Dune Billie’s Cafe and Cool Runnings! Also nearby are the zoo, national park, boating, casinos, wineries, breweries, and outlet shopping.
Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath duplex townhome that will very comfortably sleep 10 people.

Townhome also features a spacious fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, grill and supplies, crock pot, and plenty of cooking and serving supplies. Large sectional comfortable couch with a 65-inch Roku TV for your watching pleasure. Two of the bedrooms also include 50-inch Roku TV’s. Family games and beach wagon included for your use as well.
Outdoor rear patio features a grill, patio seating with Breeo firepit and a year-round, brand new hot tub. Two parking spaces are included at rear of home and overflow parking is available if needed. Dune Escape rents with a 3-night minimum in peak season.
