This spectacular ground floor unit is located in the Hawk Ridge Condo Complex is less than 1/4 mile from Mesquite's top rated Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course. Located just about and hour northeast of Las Vegas, Mesquite offers lots to do with 7 Championship golf courses with casinos, spas and dining all close by. St George Utah, Bryce and Zion National Parks are well worth the drive to check out the beautiful red rock canyons.

Quiet, and beautifully decorated, this unit offers you a comfortable home away from home while enjoying views from the patio of the park and golf course while Mesquite's warm temperatures. Our granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking in. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit as well as an on site club house with a fitness center, heated pool, spa and BBQ. There is a filtered water spout in the kitchen and water softener for our individual unit and a 55" TV with cable and free WIFI in the spacious, comfortable living room. The complex also offers plenty of RV and boat parking.

The master bedroom has a full master bath and a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 40" Samsung televisions with remote and a ceiling fans!

In addition, just a step outside and down the sidewalk to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, a full sized basket ball court, BBQ area and a covered picnic area and a children's play area.

***Your Pup is welcome and we do require a $250.00 pet deposit per Pup. Within 24/48 hours of you departure we will refund $200 of your deposit upon a "no damage" report from the cleaning crew. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats due to allergies.

Our check in time is 4:00pm PST and our check out time is 10:00am PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not same day) you may check in anytime after 4:00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST. Thanks for considering us!
