We have lovingly renovated this small fisherman's house, the historic floor tiles in the hallway and the staircase to the first floor have been preserved. Now we would like to open the house to guests. The house is located directly on the banks of the Moselle, in the immediate vicinity are numerous restaurants that pamper you with good food and drinks.
The sunset on the terraces is unforgettable. The word holiday is in the name of the Zurlauben district and that's exactly how living here feels. The pedestrian zone in Trier, Germany's oldest city, which invites you to an unforgettable visit, is only a 10-minute walk away.
One enters the house and is directly in the small functional kitchen with a large kitchen table, right next door is a small living room. In the back of the house there is a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor there is the living room with TV, in the back of the house there is another bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. The inner courtyard invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun. 3 bicycles can be parked in a stand.
BoutiqueHomes is a collection, but it is also a philosophy. We are a small, big-?hearted team of makers and travelers, in a continuous search for places we simply love. We believe that great architecture and homes imprinted with singular style should delight, inspire and even transform.
