Sheltered from the wind and fully exposed to the sun, this little seaside gem is situated just 200m from the main Mahia Beach and is a short walk to the Sunset Point Bar and Bistro and Mahia Store.

Take a two minute stroll and watch the local fisherman take to the sea, visit the Mahia Fishing Club or take the kids along for endless fun at the beachside playground, building sandcastles or splashing in the waves.

The new super-sized timber deck, driveway and parking area, lockable single garage, private paved backyard area, terraced yard, indoor open plan living spaces, extra large family bedroom plus the master bedroom and bunk room for the kids ensures you have plenty of room for the entire family, families or group.

There is a heat pump to keep you toasty warm in the winter and the shower is on gas so has great pressure!
