Brand New Fully Furnished Upscale 1 bed - 1 bath Rental located Downtown Loveland on W 4th St. This space has everything you need: King size bed, large walk in closet, pull out couch in living room, full size fridge, full size washer and dryer, linens, towels and personal toiletries also provided.

The Kitchen is equipped with 6 settings of dishes and silverware, coffee pot, convection built in microwave, toaster oven, electric griddle and cooking utensils. **There is no stove**

Downtown Loveland is very Charming. You are walking distance (just 5 blocks) to Great Restaurants, Breweries, Grocery Store, Chilson Rec Center with a great Gym and Indoor Pool, Shopping, Art Galleries, Sculpture Parks, Hiking Trails, Golf Courses, Lakes and the Brand New Foundry - which has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants.

We have bikes available in the summer and there are several walking/running trails just a few blocks away off W 1st St.

We do apologize, but NO pets are allowed.

You have your own separate entrance from the back of the home with a small outdoor sitting area. The entrance is safe and well lit. There is no garage/driveway parking but plenty of street parking.

Engineered hardwood floors, ceiling fans, A/C, LED can lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, 9 ft ceilings - everything is brand new and super clean.
