Tour Descriptions:

Near the The Highlands, this bike friendly house is in Paristown Pointe with great restaurants, Louisville Stoneware & an easy walk to Baxter & Bardstown Rd for nightlife. A clean, comfortable & stylish home in a quiet area. Four bicycles to access scenery nearby with a relaxing screened porch to unwind. Perfect for athletes, couples, families or business travelers. Cherokee Park is close with plenty of woods with trails for biking & hiking. Downtown, Big 4 Bridge & waterfront just 2 mi.

The space

Rich tile and hardwood floors lead you into a large living & dining area with vaulted ceiling. Well equipped galley kitchen. No dishwasher. Full access to washer and dryer in utility room. Best shower in town! Hallway leads to the charming green/blue and yellow/orange bedrooms. Then, to a completely wood covered studio/office with large desk, built in bookshelf and finished vaulted ceiling.

Guest access

Sit on the porch. Take in the garden no matter what season. Sleep well on our new queen mattresses, sofa bed or air mattress. The house is yours for your stay. Certain times of year we attend the yard and garden and will notify you that we'll be coming to the property. Don't mind us while we cut the grass with our quiet reel mower, your privacy is our priority. We won't come inside unless you need us to!

Interaction with guests

Its a quiet neighborhood, especially at night and the weekends. We want to give you plenty space but we are here to help. Please text or call us if you need anything!

I would like you to be aware, there can be big events and concerts going on in Paristown Pointe at the Kentucky Center for the Arts "Old Foresters Paristown Hall". During some events, this venue will surely attract many people and even with the 2 nearby parking lots dedicated to it, street parking directly in front of the house may be affected from time to time.

We are also excited about the expansion of Louisville Stoneware, another cafe and a food hub all coming to the area! There are also future plans with the abandoned government center across the street as rezoning is underway. Street parking should remain available but with so much getting ready to happen in our sleepy little neighborhood we expect some activity and progress over the coming months and years.

It is my priority to help you have a great stay regardless of the construction and development in the area. If you have any questions or issues i am here to assist.
