The Lewes Summer Lodge is designed for comfortable living indoors and out. Our beautifully renovated home offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open living area with comfortable seating and a large 65-inch flat-screen TV with premium cable and Netflix. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare family-style meals, including a full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and wine fridge. Multiple dining areas provide ample space for gathering. A second living room provides room to spread out with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a pull-out couch for overflow sleeping and/or the little ones.
All three bedrooms are furnished with brand new Leesa memory foam mattresses and plush bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach, shopping the outlets, or visiting local attractions. Two full bathrooms feature two showers/tubs and plenty of towels and toiletries for your use. The home includes a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Lewes Summer Lodge is situated on a sizeable 1/2 acre plot with a fully fenced in, private backyard, and mature garden for privacy. The property has a private patio with outdoor seating (perfect for seafood/crab cookouts) and a propane grill, as well a firepit for pleasant evenings under the stars with s'mores. Included on the property is an outdoor shower, and a two car garage fully stocked with beach chairs and outdoor toys. The home includes a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a summer breeze, or a calm evening listening to the summer rain.
