This lake front log home is situated on 2 acres in the sunny, rolling ranch lands of the Nicola Valley.
It has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and one half as well as a loft for extra sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances off of the stunning great room.
The property has 150 ft of waterfront beach plus a dock and mooring bouys. There is plenty of parking for guests and boat trailers, so no need for offsite storage.
Stump Lake is a scenic 11km long lake located in the rolling hills of the Nicola Valley between Merritt and Kamloops BC on Highway 5A. It is approximately a 25 minute drive to Kamloops, BC where you can access everything a large city has to offer yet this location is set in a quiet serene setting
It is stocked with Rainbow Trout, Brook Trout and Kokanee for the fishermen out there and provides perfect conditions for all types of water sports including waterskiing, wind surfing, kayaking, etc. There is a day use area with access to hiking trails at the South end of the lake and a public boat launch.

Welcome to our log home located in Mile High Estates at Face lake. Located in between Merritt and Kamloops on the Coquihalla highway, just 3.5 hours from Vancouver. This four season house has plenty to do for everyone. Fishing the 14 lakes within 10k, hiking a.t.v. riding, swimming, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing or just kicking back and enjoying the views.
