The property is located on Konstantinidis Estate, which is around 2 kilometers from Pefkochori and 1.5 kilometers from Hanioti. It is a well-maintained complex of luxurious villas, with large garden and patios.
Distance to the beach is 2 minutes on foot, 100m away. There are also several popular beach bars which can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and it is elegantly designed and decorated.
"Oleander" is a luxury villa in Halkidiki, that can comfortably accommodate 7 people in 4 bedrooms.
From its wonderful interiors furnished with a variety of contemporary and classic pieces, and its numerous smaller and airy sitting areas around the yard, villa Oleander exceeds all expectations for a fabulous summer experience!
On the ground floor guests can enjoy cooking and dining at the large fully equipped kitchen and dining space, next to the elegantly decorated living room. There is a bedroom here with single bed that opens up and can sleep 2 people, with an ensuite bathroom as well. There is another full bathroom with shower cabin on the ground floor.
On the upper level of the house, 3 more bedrooms are located. Two double bedrooms sharing a beautiful balcony with seaview, and another single bedroom. A full bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine can also be found here.
Useful Information
Guests enjoy a BBQ at the side of the villa, and the comfort of all essential electrical appliances. The property is also equipped with an internal A/C system in all areas.

About the Neighborhood
Pefkohori is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Oleander villa is located 1.5klm from the village of Chaniotis and 2.5klm from Pefkohori. The beach is 100m away, very easily reached on foot through the path of the complex.
In close proximity, 300m away, guests can also enjoy the Beach Bar of Konstantinidis Estate, Lounge by the Sea, an organized beach for coffee and snacks.

take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
