Tour Descriptions:

This antique log cabin in Karbers Ridge, Illinois, has a private tree deck behind it and there is also a front porch and a small back porch. There are two queen-size beds in the open loft of this glamping cabin, as well as a queen-size easy bed on the main floor. Therefore, up to six guests can be accommodated.

There is a full bathroom with an antique clawfoot bathtub and shower, and there is also a full kitchen with a gas range, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and a refrigerator. Coffee and tea are provided, and there is an outdoor grill with a picnic table outside for cooking in the fresh air. Glampers will be comfortable during cooler months because there is a heating fireplace in this vacation rental, and during warmer months, they can gather around the campfire area, which has camp chairs and complimentary firewood.

There is a two-night minimum stay, but guests can inquire about single-night bookings to see if they are available. Rates are slightly higher during Friday and Saturday nights.

There is an outpost store in an authentic 1850s log cabin that sells locally made artisan items, fair trade products from around the world, and basic supplies.

There is also a pond for catch and release fishing, a pavilion with games, archery lessons, and kayak rentals.
