Welcome to our charming and cozy home located in the heart of Kansas City! This beautifully renovated property is the perfect place for you to call home during your stay in the city.

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an elegant foyer that has plenty of space to set down your luggage. Snap a photo in our Insta Wall which will surely be a hit amongst your friends/family!

The bright and spacious living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and stylish accents. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Dine out with a short walk to KC's best restaurants or cook a delicious meal with full kitchen amenities including all new appliances. It is equipped with basic dishes and cookware, blender, a toaster, and basic coffee service.

All 5 bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, featuring plush bedding and plenty of closet space to store your belongings.All bedrooms are located in the 2nd and third floors, respectively. The 3 bathrooms are modern and stylish, with a large shower and plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.

PARKING
Street Parking Only.There is Free Street Parking on both side of the street. Do not park on the right side of the house, that is an alley-not a driveway.

-All bedrooms are located in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home.


PETS
We do allow well behaved pets with prior approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $50 fee PER PET per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. If you have any questions, please let us know. Unapproved pets are not permitted.Guests are required to pick up after their pet.

Guest Access:
The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Longfellow is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in KC with young families, medical school students, artists and entrepreneurs.
Plenty of local food within blocks, coffee literally down the alley.
Only a few minutes away from popular Crown Center shopping area, the National World War I Museum and Memorial, and Union Station, all of which lie just outside the neighborhood.Located 15 minutes to Brookside, Waldo, the Country Club Plaza and Westport. The property is also approximately 15-20 minutes to both Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums.

Getting Around:
Uber or Lyft is the most accessible.

The KC Streetcar will give you a ride north to the River Market. The closest pick up point is 2 miles north on Main St. at Union Station.

There is also the city bus line, RideKC. You can find the bus routes and frequency on their website, ridekc. org.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.

Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways.


If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.


LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline and do additional screening for local reservations.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!


Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
