Summary:
Our condo is located just steps from the Country Club Plaza. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery.
The Space:
Spacious 2 Bedroom condo with open kitchen/dining/living room. Our condo is renovated and features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting & plumbing fixtures and in-unit washer/dryer. Large bedroom features 2 queen beds with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Smaller bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while you unwind during your Plaza stay. Kitchen features stainless appliances, stocked with cookware, eating utensils, dinnerware and some small appliances. Enjoy Fiber WIFI while staying at the condo. This condo is very spacious and comfortable.
FEATURES AND SPECIFICS:
**Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2), Smart TV and walk-in closet.
**Second bedroom has two queen beds (sleeps 4), Smart TV and walk-in closet.
**Living room features sectional couch (could sleep 1) and 55" LED Smart TV.
**High-speed internet (WIFI included) and TV streaming services with HD antenna for local channels.
**Private parking lot with one reserved parking space (larger vehicles may need to park on the street).
**Variations in furniture/furnishings/finishes could vary due to replacement over time, but will always be oh like kind as shown in the listing photos and detail. The bed configurations and floor plans will always be the same.
Guest Access:
Guests have a personal code to use on the wifi lock during their stay only providing enhanced security and self check in. Guests have the condo to themselves.

Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our condo is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown and the River Market.
Getting Around:
Ride shares and cabs are plentiful in the area making it easy to go to the crossroads or downtown. The Country Club Plaza and Westport are both close and walkable.
Other Things to Note:
• No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.
• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.
*Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. Please inquire with any questions.

Great location. The condo was what I expected. It is close to restaurants and shops.
Heating issues
During this very cold January we had an issue with the temperature not getting over 60 The owner got us in a different unit and we had no issues after that. Som basic ameneties are available at the property.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. This place was nice and perfect for us. I would stay here again.
Our Stay
This property was as described on the listing. It was clean and met all of our needs. We only had two issues. First, the parking spot designated for the rental is way too small. We brought a truck and couldn't park in it. I honestly am not sure if a small card would even fit! The only other issue is that the neighbors smoked Marijuana often and the smell lingered down to the rental. Over all, we had a great stay.
Location is everything
Because the location is so prime, we overlooked some of the things that could have been a major issue, like holes in the bathroom wall, nails that stuck out of a wall panel near the bed that snagged your body, or cobwebs hanging from the drywall above the refrigerator that were thick enough to be seen from across the room. Overall, the photos don't lie, it's a decent place. But it could have been maintained better. However, the location is amazing - a short distance from anything and everything. Worth the stay...
