The 608-square-foot interior boasts expansive windows overlooking the lake. Watch a movie on the 40-inch TV - complete with a BluRay player - as the electric fireplace elevates the cozy ambiance. Connect to the Verizon Jetpack Hotspot and plan tomorrow's adventure.

Open the 3 sets of sliding glass doors to let the fresh air flow in while you cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Take your culinary creations outdoors and cook on the gas grill. When you're ready to eat, gather at the 6-person table to dine al fresco.

Numerous adventures await on the private 6-acre lake, which features a large dock, paddle boat, rowboat and even a private beach. A nearby pond is exclusively filled with channel catfish - all for you to enjoy!

At the end of each fun-filled day, take a soak in the 6-person hot tub then gather around the fire pit to unwind in the peacefulness of your woodland retreat

House Rules and Policies

- There is a $200 post-stay fee if evidence of smoking is found

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- NOTE: The stairs to the loft are steep and may not be suitable for young children

- A fine of $500 will incur for violating the maximum occupancy

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: The dock is suitable for boats up to 18 feet in length. It is recommended that you only dock small, non-motorized boats such as kayaks

- NOTE: 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be necessary in the winter months to access the property

- NOTE: 2 propane tanks will be provided. If guests require more they must provide it themselves

- Liability:

- Renter assumes the risks involved with the use of the hot tub, lake, boats, cabin and any and all other rental amenity and agrees to hold harmless the owner and its agents from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise due to the use and/or condition of the amenities by renter or others using the same during renter's occupancy

- The owner and its agents will not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage to any property of the renters or guests or any bodily injury or death due to the condition, use or operation of the property.

- Malfunction of Equipment:

- Occasionally appliances, electronics, hot tubs, phones and other mechanical equipment will malfunction

- The owners will do their best to repair these items in a timely manner but will not make any rental concession for time without these items

- Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other failures that are outside of our control will not result in a refund.

- Please be sure to follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency

- Hot Tub:

- Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check-in and may need several hours to heat

- Please do not add soaps, dyes, fragrances or bubbles to the water, and be sure to shower before using the hot tub

- Please be sure to follow the hot tub rules posted at the cabin

- Failure to follow these rules can result in a post-stay fee

- Bugs:

- Due to the rural location of the cabin, even with regular treatments, there will still be insects in the area

- Refunds are not issued on the basis of insects or spiders being present during your stay

- Driving Conditions:

- Please note that in winter months, 4-wheel drive may be required to access the property, as noted in the Policies field

- Refunds are not issued in the instance of inclement weather

- Hunting:

- Absolutely no hunting of any kind is permitted on the property

- Fireworks/Firearms:

- Absolutely no fireworks or shooting of guns is permitted on the property

- Campfires:

- Campfires are permitted only in the provided fire ring using firewood

- Please ensure that the fire is fully extinguished before you leave

- Firewood from outside the county is not allowed

- Firewood is available at the property
