This beautiful Turks and Caicos villa rental was built almost at the waters edge with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an infinity-edge swimming pool. Beach Villa Sandstone, which has just been extensively renovated, is located right on the beach at the quiet, western end of Grace Bay Beach, which begins almost at your back door and extends for twelve miles along this world-famous shoreline.

This Turks and Caicos villa and prime site used to be known as "Smith House", but it burned many years ago and the present house was built in 1999 and completely renovated in 2016. Houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands, but this house was allowed to be rebuilt on the original site right at the sands edge.

Just outside Beach Villa Sandstone's back door is famous Smith's Reef, a colorful tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can simply wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the Turks and Caicos Islands. By the way, the Turks and Caicos Islands have one of the largest coral reef systems in the world!

Beach Villa Sandstone is completely surrounded by a shaded deck. You can spend your vacation relaxing on your deck and see and hear the waves lap right in front of you. From the deck too, you can watch luxury yachts sail past and see spectacular sunsets in the evenings!

Once you leave this idyllic holiday villa setting, you will find 6 restaurants, all within easy walking distance. You can also walk to dive operations, fishing charters, limited shopping, and activities around Turtle Cove, its marina and Yacht Club.

Although Beach Villa Sandstone is built right on the Turtle Cove section of Grace Bay Beach and only steps from the ocean, it has an infinity edge swimming pool with gorgeous views across the bay.
