Inspired by HGTV’s ‘Fixer Upper,’ the Magnolia-style interior blends modern comfort with a classic country character. From the moment you arrive at this 1,200-square-foot cottage, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into one of Chip and Joanna Gaines’ professionally designed homes!
Make yourself comfortable in the living area, lined with cozy furnishings, a flat-screen cable Smart TV and rustic accent pieces. During downtime, stream your favorite shows or set up shop at the farmhouse table and connect to the free WiFi to catch up on work.
When the group grows hungry, the kitchen comes fully equipped to assist in all kinds of culinary creations. If you’re not in the mood to cook, stroll down to Main Street for traditional Tex-Mex eats at Hondo’s On Main, or continue walking for a burger and a cold brew at the Auslander Restaurant.
Evenings are well spent in the backyard, boasting a furnished flagstone patio, gas grill and outdoor fire pit. Strands of string lights and a flowing creek finish off the space, setting the scene for a relaxing night with loved ones.

No trip to Fredericksburg is complete without a trip through time. Some must-see historic sites include the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum.
