A note from Surfside Cottages: We realize these are challenging times for everyone. We hope all of you are staying safe and healthy. We at Surfside are and will continue adhering to all guidelines set forth by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.

We have always prided ourselves in providing our guests with a clean and welcoming cottage. Our three-women cleaning crew has always used and will continue to use Clorox/Lysol Wipes, bleach, disinfectant, rubber gloves and other miscellaneous all-purpose cleaners. As mentioned below, our linens are always cleaned and changed with the arrival of new guests.

We have always provided Clorox/Lysol Wipes, bathroom cleaner, toilet tissue and soap for our guests and will continue to do so. With that being said, it has always been our practice at Surfside to provide our guests with a well-cleaned cottage upon their arrival and this practice will not end once the Commonwealth of Massachusetts guidelines have been relaxed. Long-weekends and Fall holidays are a wonderful time to spend at East Sandwich Beach. The days are still comfortable and the nights are perfect for an after-dinner stroll to watch the sunset. Surfside Cottages is OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND so you can book a Fall mini-vacation as well as an impromptu Holiday getaway. (Fall, Winter and Spring rentals are for a maximum of two weeks - no long-term rentals.)

Our spacious, open concept kitchen/living room, 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is located on North Shore Boulevard, East Sandwich Beach. Escape from the city and stay in our cottage which accommodates five guests comfortably.

Your cottage will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival. Bedspreads, mattress pads, pillow tickings, blankets and quilts are freshly washed and line-dried for all guests. (Please note: If you would like sets of sheets and bath towels, we can provide them for a minimal fee). A laundromat is located in Sandwich for your convenience.

Off-street parking is located next to our cottage.

We have a large courtyard of sand right outside our door, which is great for kids and/or playing volleyball. (Due to COVID-19 Guidelines, only those listed on the rental agreement are able to use this courtyard.) During the warm weather, you can relax on our beautiful private beach, take a swim in the pristine water or play on the sandbar. At night, you can enjoy long walks, watch the amazing sunsets from the water's edge (bring your camera) and gather around a bonfire and toast marshmallows.

There is great fishing right down the street from Surfside Cottages at Scorton Creek. Fish for striped bass and spotted sea trout. Idyllic Scorton Creek is a five-minute walk from Surfside Cottages. It's also a great spot for kayaking. So peaceful and tranquil.

We're just 1 hour's drive from Boston and 7 miles from the Sagamore Bridge.

Visit the Town of Sandwich and experience its old-world charm. Enjoy antiquing or pick up farm-fresh vegetables grown right in the Town of Sandwich. If you love golf, take a short drive to Hyannis and you can play 18 holes.
