COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures

Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Beach Point 203 is 75 yards away from pristine beaches. With 3 floors and 1800 square feet of living space, this newly renovated home is your perfect Destin getaway. This home is professionally designed with brand new furniture, floors, and appliances.

The first floor features the guest suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom is your sanctuary away from the upper-level activities. Just off the bedroom is a private patio to relax. Just a few steps up is the main living area.

The second floor is where the comfortable living room is hosted with a flat-screen T.V. Just off the living room is the second-floor balcony with a high top table and chairs to enjoy the summer breezes. You can take a peek at the gulf while sipping on mimosa's.

The dining room just off the living room seats plenty of guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment. The counter space is a chef's dream, the glass top stove is perfect for cooking everything just right, and you can stock the large refrigerator with all of your favorite beverages.

The second floor also features the guest bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds taking sleepovers to a whole different level. The kids are sure to love having their own private room with a mounted flat screen T.V. for optimal viewing for everyone. This bedroom has a private entrance to the full guest bathroom that is also right off the kitchen.

Heading up to the third floor is the private Master Bedroom. This spacious bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen T.V. The Master also has a seating area for lounging around without having to lay in the bed. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach and great for peace and quiet. This couch also converts to a sofa sleeper. This bedroom has a private balcony with a partial view of the water. The wet bar keeps your drinks cold and is convenient for avoiding those stairs in the middle of the night. The Master Bathroom is also renovated with beautiful counter-tops, great lighting, and plenty of storage.

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
