This spacious three-story home offers elegant accommodations for 12 and is located just a short two and a half block stroll from the beach. Beach access is in front of Pompano Joe's Restaurant and is public access. It’s perfectly situated so that you can explore the many boutiques and one of a kind dining experiences in Destin. After hours of fun exploring Destin or playing on the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy a dip in the community pool located steps away.
As you’ll see when you look through the photographs of this property, the owners have done everything possible to make this the place where your family can create incredible beach memories. Inside and out.
On the entry floor, you will find a cheerful bunk room with two sets of bunks, twin over full making a great sleeping area for 6. There is also a 42” TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The single car garage opens onto this floor too. For your domestic convenience, there is a washer and dryer on this floor and on the third floor too. The grilling area is the right outback.
Upstairs on the main living floor, you’ll find a large living area with a 65” flat screen, a comfortable sectional sofa, and two beautiful chairs. There’s a massive dining table that seats 10. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and beautifully decorated making it a desirable setting for your gathering. Right off the dining area, there is a second bedroom with a small balconette, a king bed, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
You’ll find a large master bedroom on the third floor with a king bed, 42” flat-screen TV, and luxurious private bath with double vanity, a huge closet, a large walk-in shower, and a separate soaker tub. The fourth bedroom is also on this floor with a King bed and a 42” TV, and a bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
