COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures

Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Brace yourself! Our new condo will knock the wind out of you! Welcome to Tradewinds 24, located along Scenic Highway 98 Tradewinds 24 provides amazing views of the Emerald Coast that won’t disappoint.

Upon walking into the newly renovated condo, you are greeted with the aroma of the sea. This unit has been beautifully decorated to truly get you away.

The kitchen is stocked with all new appliances to make cooking a breeze. Enjoy your meals along the breakfast bar that highlights the whole kitchen.

The Dining area provides more seating arrangements for entertaining guests.

The Living area provides plenty of seats for the whole family! Bringing the kids? The queen sofa sleeper brings more room to the condo so you can bring all your loved ones to the beach with you.

The Balcony is truly the star of the whole condo. With views of the private community pool to the emerald coast itself, the balcony will be your favorite part of the condo. Like dinner and show? Enjoy all your meals in the outdoor dining area.

The master bedroom has its own door to the balcony, no need to share with the rest of the family. The king bed and private bathroom allow you to get away during your getaway. The shower/tub is the highlight of the bathroom.

The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds for kid sleepovers. The guest bathroom does have a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
