A beautiful Red Flamboyant Tree greets you soon as you pull in the driveway. This lovely island style cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath pool home that welcomes you from the moment you enter through the White Picket Gate.

Sea Biscuit sits on flower filled hillside, right above Coral Bay Harbor. This is a 3 story home, with the comfortable and well equipped living space right off the pool, on the second level, affording great ocean views. The kitchen is crafted from Mahogany and boasts quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Well equipped for preparing all meals, it even has a breakfast bar with seating to grab a quick bite.

The open concept great room then flows to the living area, with is tropical woven and rattan furnishings set the mood and invite you to sit and enjoy the views and are surrounding by sliding glass door that open onto a large, wrap around covered gallery where you’ll enjoy meals alfresco or simply lounging in the shade, taking in the sights and breezes.

Just a couple of steps up from the living area you’ll find your pool, cool and inviting, that’s even been painted in a tone that mimics the shades of Coral Bay itself! A lounge area and the gas grill are adjacent.

Back inside and just up an interior staircase you will find 2 bedrooms and baths, making this home a great choice for young families. Here you’ll find queen bedroom with full bath and another bedroom with twins that also convert to a king, this bedroom also has full adjacent bath. All are air conditioned.

A third guest bedroom is located on the lower level, and offers twin bedding and full bath. On this level you will also find a beautiful and whimsical outdoor stone shower, perfect for after the beach or whenever you want to enjoy.

Seabiscuit sits just up the hill from some of Coral Bay’s favorite dining... Aqua Bistro and The Danforth are both just below. A full service grocery store is also a moments away. Decorated in cool blue and white nautical tones throughout, the flavor of the island is happily welcomed in this wonderful home.
